We are a new guild on the Boulderfist US server, but require our members to have a lot of past experience. We raid at 6:00pm PST (Server Time), Monday to Thursday and require our 'Raider' members to attend at least 50% of these raids. Our loot is distributed by officer assignment / class leaders, we don't do any crap with DKP as we're a close friendly guild and don't need it.
Ok, everything is setup now. What I need now is a strong leadership type person to act as our Raid Leader. Must be happy to tell people what to do over Ventrilo, preferably a Main Tank but I guess any class would work.
Also I need a class leader for each class (Officer position) who will be incharge of loot distribution for your class along with recruitment. If anyone is interested let me know!
Woot, finally got around to setting up my own guild and as always I don't do things in half measures. Already got a 50 slot ventrilo server, this website, guild tabard, 2 slots for the guild bank and everything else you would expect!
